Hi anonymous user. You know we are jsut a small Wikipedia and articles about cities in Poland are of relatively marginal importance to us. We first need to write about West Flanders and Belgium, then we can broaden our scope to the rest of Europe and the rest of the world. And then we need to describe the country first before we can begin writing on cities in Poland (or indeed any other country). And of course apart of the geographical branch of Wikipedia, we must write articles about many other topics: cultures, science, people etc. Moreover, if we granted your request for this article this would create a hell of a praecedent: Anyone could begin contacting us now and say "Hi, can you write an article about ...?" and we would be unable to create an encyclopaedia according to our own plans and preferences.
